Software License Agreement (EULA)

By installing or using SemiSSH for Mac, you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the software.

License grant

EZYCAPTION CO., LTD. grants the named owner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable Lifetime Personal License for up to 2 personal Macs controlled by that owner. “Lifetime” describes the duration of the license and does not transfer ownership.

Personal and authorized use

This is not a team, shared-seat, resale, rental, managed-service, or enterprise license. Use SemiSSH only with systems, accounts, services, files, and data you own or are authorized to manage.

Restrictions

Do not share or sell the key, bypass activation or device limits, distribute the software, gain unauthorized access, or remove proprietary notices. Do not reverse engineer except where applicable law prohibits that restriction.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for credentials, host verification, permissions, backups, commands, configuration changes, transfers, database operations, and third-party terms. Hosting, server accounts, and third-party subscriptions are not included.

Updates and availability

Updates are included without an annual renewal fee. This does not guarantee a feature, release date, compatibility period, online service, or perpetual download hosting. Releases may change for security, legal, or technical reasons.

Ownership and termination

The software and related intellectual property remain owned by EZYCAPTION CO., LTD. and its licensors. A material breach terminates the license; use must stop and installed copies must be removed.

Warranty boundary

Non-waivable legal rights remain. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you must maintain backups and verify remote changes; uninterrupted or error-free operation with every system is not promised.
