These terms apply to licenses purchased directly from EZYCAPTION CO., LTD.
Seller
The seller is EZYCAPTION CO., LTD., Thailand. Purchase and license support: support@ezycaption.com.
Product
One order purchases one Lifetime Personal License for SemiSSH for Mac: a one-time personal-use license that may be activated on up to 2 personal Macs. The EULA also applies.
Price and payment
The current price is loaded from the purchase system and shown before ordering. The Buy page currently supports the displayed Thai-baht payment method and supported international cards in US dollars through Stripe Checkout. The price and method displayed at checkout control that order.
Processing and delivery
Stripe orders are created after Stripe confirms payment. PromptPay or bank-payment orders require the requested payment evidence and manual verification. The license key is sent to the order email after the payment workflow is complete.
Taxes and receipts
EZYCAPTION CO., LTD. is not registered for VAT. The company does not issue a VAT tax invoice. A payment receipt may be provided. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own fee or exchange rate.
Availability
SemiSSH for Mac 1.0.0 is distributed as a Universal macOS app through the official public DMG. The release is Developer ID signed and Apple notarized. Download only from the official SemiSSH website.
Free trial
The 7-day trial starts after the first successful server connection. No card is required to begin. When the trial ends, saved information remains viewable, but remote server operations are disabled until a valid license is activated.
Refunds and rights
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support before paying if anything is unclear.
